Partner with the best

This Portfolio and Logistics Specialist will manage transportation and related logistics of goods and services to and from internal and/or external customers/suppliers. Understands concepts, methods, procedures and approaches.

As a Portfolio and Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Define the transport plan and select carriers
  • Manage suppliers through final delivery
  • Detects and signals flaws in approaches, methods, procedures and processes and suggests improvements
  • Handles communication with direct colleagues and the business about data gathering and analysis
  • Contributes to project as a team member
  • Collaborating with Sourcing & Procurement Organization to Prioritize Shipments from internal and external suppliers
  • Monitoring and providing analysis to maintain and/or reduce Logistics & Duty Costs by working with Finance teams and Global Logistics team
  • Ensuring timely shipment execution for outbound activities to Channel Partners and End Customers
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs & Metrics for execution to provide visibility
  • Monitoring and minimizing quality escapes due to Logistics execution with On-Site Team

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Logistics /or Supply Chain Management
  • Have good interpersonal skills, inclusive working style and able to effectively interface with all levels of internal organization and external customers
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Detail oriented, capable to analyze data and effectively drive change.
