Scope of Work

The research assistant will work at the Corewell Health, William Beaumont University Hospital, Proton Therapy Center under the supervision of Principal Investigator to advance modern radiotherapy technology, including adaptive therapy and functional imaging-guided therapy, as well as AI-based imaging synthesis methods. The candidate needs to demonstrate strong programming skills, e.g., MATLAB, Python, etc. Additionally, experience with medical physics, radiation oncology, and particle therapy is highly preferred. The candidate is expected to collaborate with the research and clinical teams at Corewell Health, William Beaumont University Hospital, and the Proton Therapy Center, as well as external academic and industrial collaborators, to support the development of new technology and implement new ideas in future clinical applications.
Qualifications
  • Required Bachelor's Degree or master's prepared with specialization in statistics or epidemiology, or equivalent work experience.
