Your mission is to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction by managing critical technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving project success. By delivering world-class Telco cloud infrastructures, you will support Nokia's broader mission of transforming connectivity and empowering businesses to thrive in an increasingly digital world.

• Manage Cloud Infrastructure delivery for key customers across North America and Latin America, ensuring alignment with project scope, timelines, and financial commitments.
• Acted as the primary escalation point for critical technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Onboarded both local and remote delivery teams, upholding high-quality standards while optimizing project financials.
• Aligned service demand and resource supply between Market Services and Cloud Infrastructure to support effective cost management.
• Supported pre-sales activities by validating project scope and pricing for Cloud Infrastructure deliverables.
• Proactively identified and mitigated risks related to cost and delivery to prevent overruns.
• Maintained accurate project status updates in organizational tools and ensured quality delivery by addressing resource gaps promptly.
• Built and nurtured strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to drive satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
• BS/MS in engineering.

It would be nice of you also had:

• Prior experience leading end-to-end deployment of Telco Cloud solutions for strategic customers across the Americas.
• Strong adaptability to quickly learn and integrate new technologies, tools, and respond to evolving client requirements.
