Overview
Alpha Paving is looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Director to join our team. This will be an exciting position to manage all aspects of marketing and execution of various strategies for the company. Alpha Paving Industries LLC is the leader in Central Texas for paving services. Striving to be set apart from the "typical" construction companies, Alpha seeks to provide utmost professionalism, meticulous project management, responsive customer service, and the absolute best, premium quality of workmanship. We have experienced rapid growth and a stellar track record of success, having never experienced a "down year" since our inception in 2012. With our current employee head count of 170 (40 in the office and 130 in the field), we are looking for further aggressive growth in the coming years. The culture we have created within the office staff and in the field crews is one of excellence and being the best in our industry. We pride ourselves on having extremely low employee turnover through promoting a culture of team-work, offering competitive pay, and valuing each member of the team as family. We further cultivate that culture through monthly office-wide lunches, regular ping-pong/8 ball pool tournaments, and other team building gatherings.
