About the Role We're seeking an experienced Senior Producer/Program Manager to join our Devices Localization team during a critical coverage period. This role will support the localization of marketing assets from US source content to up to 38 global markets, managing the translation, validation, and transcreation process across diverse asset types including video, copy documentation, and UI screens. Our team manages 16,000+ assets annually, working with cross-functional partners, agency teams, and regional stakeholders to deliver efficient, cost-effective localization programs. Program Management & Execution
- Manage end-to-end localization workflows for fast-paced marketing campaigns across video assets, copy docs, and UI screens
- Establish, collaborate, and manage cross-functional business relationships with Regional Teams, Product Marketing Managers, Creative, Production, Legal, and Business Affairs teams
- Drive video projects to meet business objectives, timing, and budget requirements
- Own project scope independently once assigned, ensuring smooth execution from intake to delivery
- Maintain detailed project documentation and schedules using Smartsheet
Cross-Functional Partnership & Communication
- Work collaboratively with external agencies and production partners on production and localization of video assets
- Serve as a strong, confident partner to regional stakeholders across EMEA and APAC markets
- Provide clear and timely communication to cross-functional team leads regarding project status, obstacles, and priorities
- Manage feedback from Tier 1 markets (Japan, Germany, France, Italy, Spain) and facilitate solutions
Process Optimization & Problem-Solving
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges throughout project lifecycles
- Optimize workflows and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
- Compress timelines strategically while maintaining quality, identifying parallel workstreams and dependencies
- Bring fresh perspective to established processes and suggest improvements to roles, responsibilities, and workflows
- Explore automation opportunities including API integrations and AI-assisted validation tools
Schedule & Resource Management
- Manage complex schedules across multiple time zones, accommodating EMEA/APAC partner needs (occasional early 8am or late 6pm calls, minimum every other week)
- Balance ad hoc requests with ongoing program work
- Ensure cost-effective resource allocation while maintaining quality standards
Required Qualifications
Experience
- 10+ years of experience in program management, production, or creative operations
- Proven track record managing end-to-end fast-paced marketing campaigns
- Experience with video production and creative/copy documentation workflows
- Background in localization or international market adaptation (doesn't need to be expert-level)
- Experience launching new programs from scratch, including defining R&Rs and workflows
- History of successfully optimizing processes and improving team efficiency

- Smartsheet proficiency strongly preferred - used daily for project intake and tracking
- Experience with localization tools (Smartlang or similar platforms is a plus)
- Comfortable learning new technology platforms quickly
