Post Closing Associate

Post Closing Associate -$15.50/hr(This is an onsite position)

Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage original collateral documents from the time of receipt through shipping to the end recipient.
• Receives incoming mail and overnight packages. Opens packages and retains original envelope/package and tracking information.
• Looks up loan in client's system to assure the document belongs to that client.
• Completes Cover Sheet with required information and attaches to the original document.
• Scans document and uploads to client's system
• Enters date received and package tracking information
• Files documents securely according to procedures for that client.
• Retrieves documents as requested and provides to QA for review
• Using client's system and shipping matrix, identifies where documents need to be shipped and prepares shipping label.
