Our client is seeking a seasoned, innovative Fashion Account Manager to operate as the "front door" between our agency's creative team and our partners ("clients"). This role specifically supports fashion and style-driven 360 campaigns, requiring experience collaborating with creative teams in fashion, beauty, retail, or luxury sectors. You will translate client needs, guide the creative process, recommend solutions, and work closely with project management to ensure timely campaign execution.

Candidates must have hands-on experience working on fashion, beauty, retail, or luxury campaigns, and a strong ability to partner with creative teams (art directors, designers, photographers) to develop 360 campaign work across brand, digital, social, and experiential. This is not a production-heavy role but a creative account leadership role. This role focuses on guiding and supporting creative teams, not managing production logistics. You will ensure creatives have clarity, context, and direction while maintaining alignment with client goals.

**PLEASE NOTE: This role is hybrid 3 days onsite in Playa Vista, CA**

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Is responsible for keeping our Partners on track to ensure all ideas and concepts remain on brief and deliver against agreed KPIS and objectives.

  • Is capable of effectively articulating a POV (and/or presentation) to the internal team and Partners.
  • Actively and effectively manages the Associate Account Manager's daily/weekly/monthly workload, helping them to drive workflow and provide mentorship.

Skills:

  • Strategic and creative integrated thinker: The ability to combine business, communication, and creative strategy to drive the creation of effective creative platforms and tightly integrated campaigns. Need to be both a strategy and idea person! Strong understanding of our partners and their business builds strong relationships with internal members by demonstrating a deep understanding of the partners' business from a category perspective, as well as their internal structure, both culturally and organizationally.
  • Strong and persuasive communicator: extremely persuasive presenter and writer with the ability to be simple, clear, and personally compelling, no matter the audience.
  • Leader mindset: brings out the best in people, fosters ambition, enthusiasm, and team morale. Has great judgment about where to direct the team's energy.
  • Action-oriented, always prepared, and follows through: unafraid to take charge, when necessary, be decisive, and drive to the outcome quickly.
