Program Administrator
The Field Learning and Development Program Administrator is responsible for providing program administration in support of MillerKnoll's Sales Enablement Program. The Program Administrator plays a vital role in enabling the success of the Sales Enablement team by managing projects, events, and administrative processes that keep initiatives running smoothly. This role ensures seamless coordination across teams, effective event execution, and efficient operations, while fostering strong internal and external partnerships to support Enablement's key priorities.

Essential Functions

  • Manages multiple diverse projects and administrative tasks simultaneously. Achieves this by working closely with Sales Enablement team members, as well as with other MillerKnoll teams cross functionally.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and host virtual events. Managing calendars, inviting presenters, and preparing technology logistics, along with creating and sharing content prior and post event/launch.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute in-person events by managing logistics with internal and external stakeholders, including space reservations, catering, transportation, and private dining arrangements all within the set budget.
  • Maintain team resources, such as updating Omni pages, posting event recordings, and supporting team metrics.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and external partners by negotiating contracts, setting clear expectations, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services to support events and team initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve event planning processes, and enhance administrative efficiency.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including supply orders, inventory tracking, invoice processing, and financial documentation.
  • Monitor and respond to the team inbox, assisting with MK and dealer field team related inquiries, and general communication needs.

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Education, Business or a related field of study from an accredited program is required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in program administration and communication.

Additional Skills and Abilities

  • Demonstrated high personal performance standards, the desire and ability to continuously learn and must be results-oriented; excellent coordinator of budget, time and resources.
  • Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, problem solving and implementation skills as well as the ability to collaborate and negotiate; ability to function well in a team environment and ensure effective/timely project completion.
  • Possess understanding of the learning for internal and external audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively use office automation, communication, software and tools currently used in the MillerKnoll office environment.
  • Must be an assertive, self-starter with the self-confidence and ability to represent MillerKnoll in a professional manner.
  • Proven ability to pro-actively achieve goals and strategies under shifting conditions and with different responsibilities and people.
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills with ability to effectively articulate and receive information in varied formats under a variety of circumstances.
  • Must have the ability to understand the business and some knowledge of MillerKnoll products, services and culture.
  • Must be able to perform all essential functions of the position with or without accommodations.
