Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team supporting key programs and strategic initiatives within the Aerospace and Defense Sector. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and program cost control, particularly in a regulated, project-driven environment.

You will work closely with Sector and Business Unit Finance leadership, Corporate Finance, and Other functional leaders to provide critical financial insights that drive strategic decisions and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range strategic planning processes across assigned programs and business units
  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario analysis and investment decisions
  • Monitor program performance including cost, schedule, and earned value metrics (EVMS knowledge a plus)
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations
  • Assist in the development of indirect rate structures and overhead allocation analysis
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, government regulations (e.g. FAR, DFARS), and accounting standards (GAAP)
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and decision support for strategic initiatives or M&A activity
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Contracts, Supply Chain, Engineering, Sales, Business Development, and Operations teams.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 8 years of experience in FP&A, Program Finance, or cost analysis, preferably in aerospace, defense, or government contracting
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, Alteryx Hyperion, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance metrics
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly
  • Familiarity with FAR/DFARS and government cost accounting standards (CAS)
  • Project accounting and Project Estimate at Complete "EAC" experience

Preferred:

  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVMS) and/or program control. #LI-EC1

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that my be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.
