AMD together we advance_ The Role: The AMD Law Department is seeking a skilled patent litigation counsel to join our growing legal team. This role will focus on supporting and managing offensive or defensive patent litigation matters in the U.S. and internationally. The ideal candidate will bring solid litigation experience, preferably within the semiconductor or broader high-tech industry, and possess the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with legal, engineering, and business teams. You will help protect and enforce the company's intellectual property assets, mitigate legal risk, and support strategic litigation efforts aligned with our business and innovation goals. The Person:
