Project Manager - Northwest

Cape Fox Expeditionary is seeking a Project Manager to join the team. In addition to construction management responsibilities, the Project Manager supports Cape Fox's Northwest Coast art programs and initiatives. Ensuring cultural and community engagement remain a core value of Cape Fox Expeditionary activities.

The Project Manager is responsible for supporting Cape Fox Expeditionary (CFX) construction projects, participating in planning, execution, and delivery to ensure compliance, safety, and quality performance. This role directly supports CFX's mission as a full-service provider of government construction projects, building company infrastructure, maintaining client relationships, and positioning CFX as a highly competitive 8(a) firm and contractor of choice.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Cape Fox expeditionary Construction Projects

• SupportCFXconstruction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
• Participatein proposals, scopes, and schedules that align with CFX's growth.
• Learnfederal, state, and local regulations, including safety and environmental requirements.
• Supportleadership goals.

Northwest Art and Cultural Programs

• Manage and support Northwest Coast art initiatives for CFX.
• Continue promoting community engagement through programs that enhance accessibility to art and cultural history.

Cross-Functional and Administrative

• Participate in weekly department meetings and represent management when required.
• Assist in annual business planning and long-term growth strategies for both construction and cultural areas.
• Maintain accurate records of all projects, including budgets, schedules, and communications.
• Adhere to Cape Fox policies, safety protocols, and compliance standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
