Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Planning Analyst to join our team in the dynamic and fast-paced semiconductor industry. This role is critical in driving effective production, supply chain, and capacity planning to meet customer demands while optimizing inventory, lead times, and resource utilization. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a high-tech manufacturing environment.

• Monitor production capacity, inventory levels, and material availability across the supply chain
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Planning, Production Control, Engineering and Operations to ensure accurate planning data and forecasts
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems and advanced analytics tools to drive planning accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain data extraction processes for planning-related information utilized by the Supply-Chain Planning (SCP) application
• Monitor Manufacturing Bill-of-Materials accuracy
• Participate in the development and implementation of planning best practices and process improvements

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 2.5 years of experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across departments and geographies
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-tech environment
