This position is contingent upon contract award. SOC, a Day & Zimmermann company, is currently identifying qualified candidates in anticipation of a forthcoming contract opportunity. Employment offers will be extended only if and when the contract is officially awarded to SOC. We are looking for a full time, Director, Ammunition Logistics & Demil Operations to join our SOC Team! Our Director of Ammunition Logistics & Demil Operations is directly responsible for Ammunition and Demil Directorate, including resource recovery/recycling (R-3) of conventional munitions and explosives, base operations, environment, Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD/OB/OD), maintenance/renovation activities, engineering/planning inventory management and accountability. Conducts those activities through subordinate Managers. Ensure compliance with Corporate, State and Federal guidelines pertaining to the responsibilities of the position. In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $118,000 - $177,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
