- Estimated Salary: $66,500 - $90,000 plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Lead with Vision and Impact: Champion talent development and strategic direction across Policyowner Services. You'll play a key role in coaching, performance management, and HR decision-making-ensuring your team thrives and aligns with organizational goals.
- Drive Strategic Projects and Financial Stewardship: Take ownership of high-impact projects, from planning through execution. You'll lead budget development and reconciliation efforts, while embedding risk strategies that enhance operational efficiency and financial sustainability.
- Ensure Compliance and Operational Integrity: Monitor daily operations with a sharp eye on compliance. You'll proactively address new legislation and corporate mandates, implementing process improvements that keep us ahead of regulatory expectations.
- Collaborate Across Boundaries: Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders-especially Underwriting and Claims-to shape risk-related policies and procedures that support enterprise-wide alignment.
- Champion Operational Excellence: Use data and customer insights to identify trends, simplify processes, and launch initiatives that elevate customer and associate satisfaction, boost profitability, and reduce risk.

- Leadership Experience: 1-2 years of leadership experience-whether directly or indirectly-demonstrating your ability to inspire, guide, and support others toward shared goals.
- Well-Rounded Skill Set: A strong foundation in management, analytics, decision-making, communication, and relationship-building that helps you navigate challenges and drive results.
- Influential Leadership: You're a self-starter who takes initiative, collaborates with ease, and motivates others through influence-not just authority.
- Project Agility & Resilience: You thrive in fast-paced environments, juggling multiple priorities with confidence. Your ability to plan, organize, and adapt-especially in the face of ambiguity-sets you apart.
- Industry Insight & Policy Awareness: You bring a solid understanding of corporate policies and insurance operations, with a keen awareness of risk, compliance, and internal processes.
- Tech-Savvy Efficiency: Comfortable working across multiple systems at once, you're proficient with web tools, policy administration platforms, and Microsoft Office products.

- Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
