Extrusion Production Supervisor - 3rd Shift

Marvin Composites in Fargo, ND is hiring a Production Shift Supervisor for our third shift team. Join our extrusion team as a Production Shift Supervisor where you'll lead a team on the floor, keep operations running smoothly, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity stay on track. This is a growing part of our business, and you'll play a key role in shaping its success while helping your team develop through coaching and training. Schedule:

Sunday - Thursday

3rd shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

* Lead and coach associates daily to build skills, encourage growth, and support self-sufficiency
* Create a safe work environment by modeling safe behaviors and holding associates accountable
* Ensure quality standards, accurate reporting, and efficient use of labor to meet production goals
* Lead communication on company updates and current shift performance metrics with associates
* Analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions for continuous improvement
* Develop and maintain a positive team culture that aligns with Marvin Composites' mission and values

* Three or more years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting and a two-year degree or higher (both preferred).
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, to effectively lead and support your team.
* Analytical ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
* Proven leadership skills with a hands-on approach and accountability for results.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing processes while maintaining team morale and focus.
