Performance Marketing Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team and play a key role in shaping and executing our digital growth strategy. This individual will be responsible for managing performance marketing initiatives across multiple digital channels, with a strong focus on driving measurable results and optimizing return on investment.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable being hands-on in campaign execution, while also contributing to broader marketing strategy and cross-functional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize digital performance campaigns across search, display, and other paid media channels to achieve growth objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to inform strategy and improve outcomes.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external resources to align campaigns with overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
• Conduct testing across ad copy, targeting, and landing page experiences to maximize conversion efficiency.
• Support budget management, pacing, and forecasting across digital programs.
• Collaborate with the broader marketing team to integrate paid media efforts into cross-channel initiatives.
• Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices in digital performance marketing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with direct exposure to performance media and campaign management.
• Hands-on experience working with leading digital advertising and measurement platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, Search Ads 360 (SA360), Campaign Manager 360 (CM360), and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• Up-to-date knowledge of digital performance marketing trends, platform innovations, and industry best practices.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Proven track record of optimizing campaigns to meet performance goals.
• Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution.

The annual starting salary for this position is between $85,000 - $120,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
