As a Senior Manager, Tax, you'll lead a high-performing group responsible for delivering accurate and timely tax provision reporting in accordance with ASC 740. Our team drives the quarterly and annual tax accounting close process, ensuring compliance across federal, state, local, and international jurisdictions-including foreign GAAP filings.We tackle complex tax projects such as R&D tax credit optimization, Section 174 and 382 analyses, and cash tax forecasting. You'll manage income tax audits, respond to regulatory notices, and collaborate cross-functionally to implement transfer pricing and tax planning strategies that support business growth. This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between following values: $139,000 and $209,000The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position. |
