General Summary The BCI Coatings Division Field Crew Leader is a project leader of a 3-4 man team that travels to and services holding industrial tanks liners, secondary containment areas, and retention pond liners for utility, refinery, O&G and military entities. Typical jobs will include: travel to the site with a duration of a few days up to several weeks, cleaning and remediation of a pre-existing structure or holding area and application of an engineered spray coating technology to construct a highly durable liner system. This role is responsible for overseeing and participating in work of a small crew performing construction, maintenance, and spray applied coatings. The crew leader is required to exercise reasonable initiative and independent judgment in completing work assignments, which are of average difficulty and are performed in accordance with established procedures.
