The Shipping Coordinator plays a pivotal part in the receiving, storage and distribution on PENTAX Medical's materials, tools, equipment and product. The position will assist a multitude of departments with their shipping needs and attention to detail, and timely delivery is imperative to the continued growth and success of our business.

• Receive materials from carriers
• Open, inspect, and update vendor receipts in the designated company ERP systems
• Verify, pack, and ship completed sales orders
• Maintain clear inventory records and daily cycle counts
• Locate materials to the designated warehouse locations
• Picks and release materials for all necessary work orders
• Reviews production schedules, customer orders, work orders, shipping sales orders, and/or requisition to determine items that need to be moved, gathered, or distributed
• Convey materials from receiving and/or production areas to storage or to other designated areas
• Assemble customer orders from stock, and place orders on pallets and/or shelves, and convey any necessary orders to the packing station and/or shipping department
• Sort and place materials and/or items on racks, shelves, and/or in bins according to predetermined sequence
• Weigh and tally items for distribution within the plant to ensure conformance to company standard
• Compile worksheets and/or tickets from customer specifications
• Complete requisition forms to order supplies from other the plant departments
• Complete requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distributes within operations
• Other duties as assigned by management

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Manufacturing background is preferred
• 1-5 years inventory / warehouse experience
• Ability to multitask and respond to urgent situations
• Understanding of ERP systems
• Familiarity with AES filings
