Water/Wastewater Client/Project Manager

Mead & Hunt, a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm, is experiencing exciting success and sustainable growth in the Pacific Northwest. As a result, we have a full-time position available for a Water/Wastewater Client/Project Manager focused on water and wastewater services in our One Water Group.

Responsibilities include:

• Project management, coordination and liaison for project work obtained
• Engineering design and development of calculations, reports, plans, and specifications
• Mentor and provide technical guidance and advice for less experienced technical staff
• Maintain familiarity with technical requirements and regulations affecting the assigned industry and other potential consulting opportunities
• Assist with managing current clients related to obtaining and executing projects
• Assist with marketing work within the water industry and recognizing potential opportunities to cross-market with other business lines
• Maintain and grow a professional network within the Water/Wastewater industry, leading to a focus on pursuing new clients

Some travel will be required.

The successful candidate must have:

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in environmental or civil engineering or related field from an accredited college or university
• At least five (5) years (10+ preferred) of relevant work experience
• PE license in any state with the ability to obtain in additional states

The ideal candidate will have any/all of the following:

• Project management experience
• Experience with client interactions and a desire to expand this practice
• Interest in business development and marketing
• Experience with mentoring technical staff
• Oregon and/or Washington PE license

Salary Range: $110,000 to $180,000 - Actual compensation may vary due to other factors such as: experience, skill set or location.
