The Director, Talent & Performance Management is a strategic HR leader responsible for driving Belden's global talent strategy, ensuring our workforce and leadership pipeline are aligned with business needs. This role leads initiatives in succession planning, internal mobility, performance enablement, high-potential development, career frameworks, and strategic workforce planning. Partnering closely with senior business leaders and HR peers, this leader will create the processes and programs that strengthen leadership capability, enable internal career growth, and sustain a high-performance culture. Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $155,000 - $225,000 annually, plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant's experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
