Overview This is a full-time career opportunity that can be remote within the Fulton Bank footprint as follows: DC, DE, MD, NJ, PA, VA. Requires the ability to travel, as needed, to our corporate headquarters in Lancaster, PA. Responsible for strategic leadership and oversight of the organization's Loan Review Department. This role has active oversight of a risk-based program which effectively plans and executes a review schedule designed to accurately assess credit risk throughout the organization. The plan will be commensurate with the size and complexity of the organization and adjusted as warranted through an ongoing risk assessment. Successful execution of the plan will result in an independent evaluation of the commercial and consumer loan portfolios to assess credit quality, identify trends, and ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and sound credit practices. Results of the department's work will provide contributory commentary to relevant stakeholders including senior management, bank regulators, and the Board of Directors and include appropriate recommendations for improvement to existing credit risk management practices as appropriate. Responsibilities
Develops, implements, and monitors an Annual Plan used to independently assess both commercial and consumer credit risk across the organization. Incorporates periodic risk assessments to evaluate potential shifts in risk so that the Plan can be adjusted as needed.
Qualifications Education
Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: Accounting, finance, or a related field. (Required) Experience15 or more years Commercial Credit, Underwriting, Special Assets, and/or Loan Review experience. (Required) 5 or more years management experience in a leadership role. (Required) 3 or more years exposure to distressed or workout credits. (Preferred) Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

We set standard salary ranges for our roles based on the position, function, and responsibilities, as benchmarked against similarly sized companies in our industry. Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a combination of factors including the candidate's knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials. The salary range may vary based on geographic location. The salary range for this position is $160,200.00 - $267,100.00 annually. Additional Compensation Components This job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units. This job is eligible to participate in a short-term incentive compensation plan subject to individual and company performance.
