This is an exciting opportunity to provide Model Based Product Support (MBPS) Project Management Support to NAVWAR, Third Party, and Other Contract Funded organizations providing Installation and Alterations on US Navy Shore Sites. This will start as a part-time position with the potential to become full-time.
* Review Project Management artifacts including Project tracking schedules, situational reports, Gannt charts, spread sheets, SOVT reports, Project Change Reports, Configuration Control Board documents, Installation Status Reports and Completion Messages to glean Hardware, Software, Drawings and Technical Manuals data.
* Track document reviews and Fleet Readiness Certification Board (FRCB) status.
* Drive collaboration and communication necessary to ensure project success, including successful integration of projects and their dependencies.
* Support Project Managers with building their configuration data in MBPS and assisting them in providing the information needed to create MBPS Workfile Change Notices.
* Schedule and facilitate client data exchange sessions and provide system updates on MBPS Work File Change Notice transactions.
* Monitor progress toward project deliverables and milestones, including managing deadlines, monitoring and summarizing progress of project and preparing project reports for senior leaders.
* Manage process improvement initiatives to align with long-term organizational strategy.
* Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
* Post client work progress status using tools like MS SharePoint.
* Manage and report client work scope progress
* Generate meeting agenda, invitations and minutes as needed.
* Attend project status meetings.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
* DoD Secret Security Clearance
* Working experience in government and federal arenas.
* Experience with customer relationship management and problem management to deliver quality service to application sponsors, stakeholders and users.
* Experience operating in a rapidly changing environment.
* Ability to serve as an escalation point for customer concerns if/when they arise, and identify appropriate resolution to achieve client satisfaction in a timely manner. *
Two years of Project Management experience.
* Two years Military Logistics experience
Preferred Qualifications
* Model Based Product Support (MBPS) Certified Technical Data Manager (CTDM) certification
* Experience with MS Project, Power BI and SharePoint
* Experience with MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
* Experience with MS Teams
-Experience with Naval Information Warfare Command (NAVWAR) SYSCOM PEO Integrated Data Environment and Repository (SPIDER).

Pay Rate $40.00+ per hour dependent on education and experience.
