Major Responsibilities Include:

• Analyzing and maintain Customer Accounts
• Contact customers by phone and email
• Submit recommendations for Customer Credit Line adjustments.
• Identify OFI's (Opportunities for Improvement)
• Validate rebates, warranty & allowances for audits.
• Coordinate with accounting payment detail for accuracy.
• Monthly Reporting
• Working with Credit Reporting Services
• Review and reconcile customer deductions
• Data Entry into Payment Deduction system.
• Analyze & process customer deduction detail

Skills/Qualifications:

• Analytical/Innovative/Organized/Interpersonal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite; excel, word.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Able to identify problems and/or discrepancies and take corrective action.
• Ability to stay focused when working remotely.
• Strong attention to detail
• JD Edwards, SAP, Salesforce experience a plus
• Written and Oral Communication Skills
• Understanding of accounting rules/audits
