Clearance Requirement: Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements, including U.S. Citizenship, for access to classified information; Ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret/SCI with Polygraph Clearance required.


Responsibilities

  • Support Program Manager as Alternate Program Manager and project-level contracts/financial management oversight
  • Manage Subcontractors contract and schedules, with assistance of Government Contracts Manager
  • Coordinate with program Finance Manager for financial management of contract performance
  • Manage work of Warranty Administrator to ensure proper follow-up on warranty tickets and warranty related issues
  • Maintain repository of as-built drawings and documentation as work is completed
  • Assist with estimating from concept through 100% DD's
  • Review and process submittals
  • Monitor cash flow against cash expenses
  • Price, track and manage change orders
  • Prepare invoices, submit O&M manuals.
  • Document schedule updates and process productivity reports
  • Document project issues/conditions
  • Maintain organized and detailed project records
  • Work in project mgmt systems including PMO3, AS400, MS Project, P6
  • Assist in Field Inspections / productivity tracking
  • Support field in terms of QA/QC in review and assurance of compliance with specifications and construction documents
  • Support PM's as required.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in a related discipline coupled with 8+ years' experience working in management or leadership of facility operations & maintenance or industrial construction programs. In addition:
    • Knowledge of design principles, relevant codes, and safety standards
    • Experience processing RFI's, submittals and change orders; updating CPM schedules and estimating
    • Proficient with MS Office Suite, experience using Project Mgmt software (PM Online, MS Project), Scheduling software (P3/P6, Suretrack), Cost software (Accubid, McCormick) and AutoCAD
