The Lean Marketplace Coordinator will support the Marketplace Manager in the day-to-day operations of the system. This role ensures materials are properly stocked, replenished, and delivered efficiently to production areas.

• Support the rollout and daily operations of the LEAN Marketplace.
• Monitor material stocking levels and manage Kanban replenishment.
• Maintain workplace organization and visual management standards.
• Track performance data and provide reporting to support improvement initiatives.
• Partner with production staff to ensure materials and supplies meet demand.

• Associates degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  

• 2+ years of experience in materials coordination, production support, or warehouse roles.

• Familiarity with lean principles and 5S practices.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
