This position is responsible for running production on a shift in a profitable and efficient manner through proper utilization of manpower, materials, equipment, and space. The Production Supervisor directly oversees a shift of production employees, but is also responsible for all other employees in the plant in the absence of other managers and supervisors, cultivating an environment of safety, high performance, and engagement. This position acts in accordance with and administer all company and plant policies, and local and federal laws and regulations. Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
