Job Description

Position Description:



Lead a team which serves as a liaison between the company, our clients, and customers. This position is essential to establish operational and strategic plans which develop and strengthen satisfaction, loyalty, and reliability.



This position provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for a customer-facing team responsible for servicing and retaining relationships. This role plays a key part in driving customer satisfaction, team performance, and business growth by setting service direction, coaching team members, managing escalations, and collaborating across departments.



Position Location:


This position is remote and does not require regular in-office presence.



What you do:



  • Build and cultivate internal and external relationships to promote and grow the business.
  • Manage a team which performs work on different types of retirement plan business utilizing multiple systems and multiple sets of processes and procedures.
  • Oversee and hold the team accountable to business plans while focusing on results and measurements.
  • Direct and influence associate and business resources to achieve business results.
  • Promote the organization's Mission, Vision, and Values.
  • Develop communication plans to strengthen partnerships with clients and customers.
  • Identify and implement new technology and work processes to maintain leading advantage in service delivery.
  • Manage the implementation of major projects.
  • Participate in industry organizations.


What you bring:



  • Bachelor's Degree (Business, Communication, or similar related field) or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • 7-10 years of related retirement plans experience required.
  • 4-7 years of management, leadership, or supervisory experience required.
  • Master's Degree desired.

About this Position's Pay
The pay range posted reflects a nationwide minimum to maximum covering all potential locations where the position may be filled. The final determination on pay for any position will be based on multiple factors including role, career level, work location, skill set, and candidate level of experience to ensure pay equity within the organization. This position will be eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits package (see above for details). This position will be eligible to participate in our Short-Term Incentive Plan with the annual target defined by the plan.
