Schedule: (10-hour shifts) - 3rd Shift: Sunday-Wednesday, 8:50 PM to 7:00 AM, with overtime available on Thursday night

Pay: $16.30/hr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Set up and operate progressive die machines, decoilers, roll straighteners, and feed equipment
  • Perform scheduled quality checks and ensure parts meet cost and quality standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve work problems during production
  • Accurately complete daily production paperwork
  • Load/unload material coils and operate measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.)
  • Clean equipment, dies, and maintain a safe, efficient work environment




Qualifications:



  • 1+ year of press set-up and operation experience
  • 2+ years in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong math and communication skills
  • Ability to take direction and good attendance
