Position Description:

This role is responsible for driving the development and execution of global employer branding initiatives that strengthen Artivion's visibility and recognition as an employer of choice. The position will partner closely with the Global HR team to support all employer branding activities, collaborate with the Global Talent Acquisition team to enhance recruiting efforts, and work in cooperation with the Global MarCom team to ensure alignment of messaging and strategy. The role will focus on creating impactful brand concepts and innovative solutions to increase awareness, foster employee engagement, and support retention. Additionally, this position will act as an internal consultant, continuously advancing and optimizing our employer brand to meet evolving organizational needs.

Responsibilities:



  • Lead our global Social Media Channels (create content, planning, strategy) to make Artivion more known
  • Support in developing our Employer Branding (look and feel) and running campaigns
  • Development of our uniform employer brand strategy
  • Admin in Corporate Design and Communication
  • Realizing Employer Branding Matters (e.g. planning und welcoming external guests like students)
  • Communication support for management and HR department (writing announcements and designing email banners)
  • Support in preparing training materials for internal training courses
  • Create Imagevideos and find the right channels to host them
  • Support events with external customers (e.g. Power Recruiting Days, career days...)
  • Internal Event Planning
  • Selection and organization of marketing material for HR


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; equivalent experience will be considered
  • 4+ years of relevant professional experience in employer branding, marketing, or communications
  • Proven ability to think creatively and proactively generate innovative ideas to enhance brand presence
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content and present effectively to diverse audiences across all organizational levels
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe InDesign
  • Hands-on experience managing and growing multiple social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
