This opportunity is in the Client Engagement department.
The Client Engagement Department engages internally with our business stakeholders and externally with our brokers, policyholders and TPA clients. We work to drive strategic partnerships, enhance client relationships, and optimize account management strategies. This group is instrumental in expanding our market presence, strengthening client retention, and fostering long-term business relationships that contribute to revenue growth and operational excellence focused on the voice of the customer.

Role Description:

Are you passionate about client experience, analytics, and delivering strategic insights? As a Senior Analyst, Client Engagement, you'll lead initiatives that deepen relationships with brokers and policyholders, drive business retention, and elevate the service experience for our commercial insurance clients. In this high-impact role, you'll collaborate cross-functionally with underwriting, claims, and sales to analyze engagement metrics and recommend client lifecycle strategies-from onboarding through renewal. You'll own the creation of dashboards, scorecards, and stewardship reports, and proactively monitor client health to identify opportunities or risks. If you have strong data visualization skills, insurance industry experience, and a passion for optimizing the client journey, this is your opportunity to become a trusted advisor and internal champion of client success.

Qualifications:

Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business, Insurance, Analytics, or a related field is preferred. A Master's degree or industry certifications (e.g., CPCU, ARM, AIC) is a plus.

Required Qualifications:



  • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • This position allows for a hybrid work schedule which includes a minimum of 3 days per week in our St. Louis Corporate Office, located at 1832 Schuetz Rd. Saint Louis, MO. All employees are required to submit work from home requests and follow our Work From Home policy, which will be provided to all candidates selected to interview.
  • 5 or more years of experience in client analytics, customer success, account management, or business insights within the commercial insurance industry
  • Strong understanding of commercial P&C insurance products, coverages, policy structures, and client lifecycle management
  • Proficient in tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and SQL
  • Proven ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights for client-facing and executive stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; experience presenting to internal and external audiences
  • Demonstrated project leadership or mentorship within a client services or insurance operations team


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience with Salesforce, Guidewire, or other insurance core systems
  • Prior success influencing account retention, cross-sell initiatives, or service enhancements through analytics
  • Insurance designations such as CPCU, ARM, APA, CLCS, AINS, or AIS
  • 3 or more years of experience working with a commercial insurance carrier, broker, or TPA
  • Degree in Risk Management/Insurance-related field

Compensation for the successful candidate will consider the candidate's particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, experience and geographic location.
