About The Role The Manager of Engineering Services leads a team of engineers focused on sustaining and enabling the production of 3D Systems' additive manufacturing equipment, including printers, accessories, and spare parts. This role ensures complex electromechanical systems are manufacturable, supportable, and delivered with quality-resolving part shortages, field issues, obsolescence, and driving continuous improvement through design updates and VAVE initiatives. Success relies on strong cross-functional collaboration with Production, Quality, Field Service, Procurement, and other key teams to ensure reliable product delivery and ongoing customer satisfaction.

Leads and develops the Engineering Services organization, overseeing personnel, priorities, and performance to support production and sustainment of released products.
Qualifications
What You'll Bring
Strong knowledge of change control processes, resource management, design for manufacturability, design for cost, and continuous improvement practices.
Hands-on experience with Operations IT systems such as Oracle, TrackVia, Agile, SolidWorks, and Jira (or similar platforms).
