The Director of Operational Excellence (OpX) partners with operations and other functional support teams to elevate the student experience, support exceeding client expectations, and drive profitability and margin accretion through establishing new, and refining current standards, systems, and processes relative to food production and Labor performance and cost management. They enable the activation, deployment and ongoing maintenance of the food production performance essentials while monitoring desired impact through analyzing and communicating results. They establish and maintain performance-based relationships with operators built on trust, transparency, candor, and partnership. **This is a remote-based position requiring nationwide travel Tuesday through Thursday, three weeks out of each month.
