Airgas is Hiring an Inside Sales Associate / Backup Class B Driver in Fort Dodge, IA. This is your opportunity to move between sales, and local driving. This is a unique hybrid position that blends in-store customer sales with local driving and delivery. If you enjoy building customer relationships, have a knack for sales, and hold a CDL, this is the perfect position for you! Solicit sales from walk-in or telephone call-in customers. Receive payment for merchandise or services sold and enter sales into the computer. Wrap and bag purchases and help customers load merchandise into their vehicles. Arrange stock on shelves or racks in sales area and keep merchandise in order. Deliver cylinder gases and merchandise to customers in a commercial vehicle, as needed. ________________________ Are you a MATCH? Valid Class B Driver's License. Valid Medical Examiner's Card. Hazmat Endorsement (or ability to acquire certifications as a condition of employment). Must have one (1) year of prior Class B driving experience or attended an accredited driving school. Clean driving record to include no more than two (2) convictions; OR two (2) at- fault accidents, or combination. No DUIs last 7 years.
