Job Summary: The Financial Planning and Analysis Senior Lead - Strategy serves as a strategic finance leader and trusted advisor to the Standard Lines leadership team. As both a hands-on financial expert and thought partner, this role leverages advanced analytical capabilities, business acumen, and strategic insight to deliver meaningful recommendations that enable informed decision-making and long-term business success. Through innovative financial modeling, scenario planning, and partnership with business leaders, they ensure Westfield derives maximum value from its investments while building the financial acumen and capabilities of teams across the enterprise.
