The qualifications of this position have been slightly modified as of 9/11/25. This position is a full time working supervisor with 50% clinical direct patient care and 50% administrative functions. Directly reports to the Manager of Cardiac Rehabilitation and Wellness Center.Involves the provision of integrated and accessible cardiac rehabilitation, nutrition and wellness patient care services in an ambulatory clinic environment. Care is provided by clinicians who are accountable for addressing personal health care needs and developing a sustainable partnership with patients. Ensures optimal patient outcomes through effective leadership and / or provision of patient care delivery in the Cardiac Rehabilitation and Wellness clinic. Promotes shared decision-making at all levels to ensure a shared voice in practices, exchange of ideas, enhanced communication, and continually improved patient services. Management levels may also be responsible for clinic operations. Some responsibilities include:
Pay Transparency Act Annual Full Pay Range: $71,600 - $127,400 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%) Hourly Equivalent: $34.29 - $61.02 Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position. The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what the University anticipates to pay for this position, based on internal equity, budget, and collective bargaining agreements (when applicable). |
