Description Perform engineering calculations to check the structural strength of telecommunication towers, rooftop platforms, sled mounts, and water tanks. Create and finalize designs and schematics for telecommunication structures, making sure they are safe and effective. Build and maintain a technical database for tower mount equipment to speed up project completion by 20%. Update and modify existing telecommunication towers and components using RISA 3D software. Manage project schedules and work with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure projects stay on track. Work with Project Designers to prepare accurate drawings and project details. Organize and prioritize tasks to deliver all projects on time. Top Skills Details* RISA 3D,AutoCAD,EIT Additional Skills & Qualifications Engineer-in-Training (EIT) Certification: Demonstrates a solid foundation in engineering principles and a commitment to professional growth. Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus on seismic load analysis, structural design, and telecommunication design. Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience with AutoCAD, RAM Structural System, ETABS, and RISA, specializing in designing and analyzing complex structures. Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage structural projects from design through completion, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and addressing technical challenges. Seismic and Structural Design Expertise: Skilled in designing and analyzing structural components, with a focus on earthquake-resistant structures and adherence to building codes. Knowledge of Telecommunication Design: Must have familiarity with telecommunication design principles. Experience Level Expert Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $110000.00/yr. Mileage Reimbursement: $0.80 per mile Per Diem: $50 per night for every night spent outside of home market Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Allowance: $2,100 Annually Vacation Pay: 44 hours annually Sick Pay: 40 hours annually (any unused Sick Pay will be cashed out at the end of the year) 401k Matching: Up to 4% of Employee Contributions Phone Allowance: $100 per month Discretionary Bonuses: Year-end discretionary bonuses are awarded at the company's discretion, using its available financial resources, to recognize employee contributions or company performance.
