The Manager, Revenue Planning & Analysis will play a critical role in supporting lens & OTC forecasting and analytics - including establishment of clear KPIs, standardized performance tracking and forecast processes, and the development of data visualizations to support brand/channel diagnostics. This position will help drive sales growth and drive efficiencies across the product portfolio.

In this role, a typical day will include:

  • Utilize analytics & forecasting techniques to drive analysis that results in actionable insights and recommendations that optimize business performance, revenue generation, and cost efficiency.
  • Prepare standard monthly reporting, develop & maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) dashboards to monitor and communicate performance to leadership
  • Support in ad hoc analysis, operational support, reporting, project management, and other areas as needed
  • Develop models to support decision making process
  • Improve the sales support infrastructure
  • Drive sales operations initiatives to enhance performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure sales targets are met effectively and efficiently
  • Coordinate sales activities, methods, and strategies
  • Implement and maintain various administrative functions to support the sales force
  • Align territories and monitor sales efforts within them
  • Coordinate the implementation of approved sales incentive programs
  • Manage sample accountability
  • Oversee administrative tasks to support the overall sales process
  • Periodically publish sales activity reports for territories, districts, or regions
  • Develop analyses to measure trends, efficiencies, and effectiveness of marketing and sales resource allocation and utilization

What you'll bring to Alcon:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or High School +13yrs; Assoc. +9yrs; M.S. +2yrs)
  • The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English.
  • 5 Years of Relevant Experience
