The Opportunity:
You will be a part of a team supporting the roadmap for employee experience and people analytics by using storytelling to communicate insights to leaders and influence decisions:
What you will do:
- Consult and design AI Agents and analytical solutions for the people community, including People Business Partners, Total Rewards, Talent Management, Learning Solutions, and Talent Acquisition
- Extract and prepare people datasets applying tools like Power Query, Alteryx, and/or Snowflake
- Build visualizations in Power BI that provide insights for customers to make decisions and act
- A chance to grow your technical and power skills in a fun environment!
The skill you bring:
- Generative AI prompting skills (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
- Data visualization skills (preferably Power BI)
- Data preparation skills (preferably Power Query, Alteryx, or Snowflake)
- Ability to quickly learn new AI solutions and analytical tools
- Curiosity - the desire to learn and explore
- Grit - perseverance and passion for achieving goals
- Written, communication, and storytelling skills to convey analytics concisely
- AI Agent and/or workflow, SQL query
- Data Analysis Expression (DAX)
- Data modeling and large dataset
- 2.7+ GPA
- Actively enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program on a full-time basis at a 4-year college or university at the time of the internship
- Be available to work 40 hours per week during the summer
