We are looking for a motivated and analytical Application Owner to join our Product Operations team. You'll lead governance, implementation, training, and continuous improvement of our product management tools while also gaining exposure to customer behavior analytics, roadmap strategy, and feature planning.

This role works closely with Product Managers, Product Designers, and Engineers to ensure high-quality tool usage, process adoption, and actionable insights that drive better product decisions.

This person will be working PST or MST business hours.

Responsibilities:



  • Own configuration, administration, governance, optimization, and vendor relationships of Pendo.io and Aha! to support planning, insights, and delivery.
  • Define and enforce standards for usage, data integrity, naming, and permissions.
  • Implement system updates, templates, and workflows based on team needs.
  • Collaborate with PMs, designers, and engineers to identify tool gaps and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain behavioral tracking in Pendo.io to support discovery and usage analysis.
  • Analyze product usage data with PMs to generate actionable insights.
  • Lead onboarding and training for Aha! and Pendo users.
  • Develop and maintain clear documentation and a self-service knowledge base.
  • Provide first-line support and troubleshoot tool-related issues.


Required Qualifications:



  • 3+ years of experience in a systems analyst, product operations, or tooling enablement role-preferably in a technology organization.
  • Hands-on experience administering and optimizing Pendo.io and Aha! preferred.
  • Experience leading projects and application training sessions.
  • Basic understanding of HTML and/or CSS preferred.
  • Previous experience with Datadog and/or firebase preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset; comfortable interpreting product usage data and communicating insights.
  • Strong project coordination skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to write clear documentation and communicate process or tool changes effectively.

Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to bean annual salary of $110,000 to $140,000.

The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager's discretion.
