Location: Round Rock, Texas, 78665 Workplace Type: On-site Start Date: September 17, 2025 Pay Rate: $20.00+ an hour Shift: Standard business hours Job Description Facility Solutions Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Smart Buildings team. As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for opening, dispatching, and maintaining service work orders within SLA requirements. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: * Dispatch and manage service work orders * Communicate with subcontractors and customers * Maintain accurate system notes and updates * Handle incoming calls and close service calls * Update customer portals and dashboards * Support purchasing, accounts payable/receivable * Perform other duties as assigned Requirements * High School Diploma or GED * Minimum 1 year of customer service or help desk experience * Valid driver's license * Experience in lighting, HVAC, electrical, or construction is a plus * Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Google Apps, and PDF tools * Familiarity with financial and cloud-based tracking software Additional Skills * Project management, troubleshooting, and technical support * PMP, Windows, Scrum experience (preferred but not required) * Strong verbal and written communication * Ability to manage deadlines and multitask * Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Employee Value Proposition * Stable employment with advancement opportunities * Competitive salary * 401(k) with matching contributions * Medical, dental, and life insurance * Paid time off and other benefits #Westpriority25 Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
