Schedule: Full-time, 5 days/week (includes potential weekend shifts) Pay Rate: $18.75/hour Contract Duration: 3 Months Start Date: September 29, 2025 About the Role Are you passionate about helping others and making a real impact in people's daily lives? As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the voice of support for employees from over 250 client companies-including hospitals, financial institutions, and retail giants-who need backup care options to continue their workday uninterrupted. What You'll Do * Handle inbound calls from employees seeking childcare solutions. * Make outbound calls to internal networks (childcare centers or in-home providers) to coordinate care. * Document conversations accurately in CRM systems. * Provide empathetic, solution-oriented service to parents navigating urgent childcare needs. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Top Skills We're Looking For * Must-Have: * High school diploma or equivalent. * At least 1 year of experience in customer service, help desk, or call center. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Typing speed of 35 WPM or higher. * Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and basic computer operations. * Ability to learn new software systems quickly. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Nice-to-Have: * Exposure to higher education (Associate's or Bachelor's degree). * Experience in navigating customer service challenges and de-escalation. Work Environment * On-site in a newly opened office in Broomfield. * Flexible break/lunch scheduling within company guidelines. * Dual-monitor setup and multiple systems in use. * Empathetic communication is key-parents may be stressed and need calm, supportive assistance. * After 30 days of successful performance, remote work may be available (internet speed requirements apply). Training & Schedule * Training: 2 weeks classroom + 2 weeks nesting (Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM). * Attendance is mandatory during training. Why Apply?
