Job Description Summary #LI-HybridThe Novartis Patient Support (NPS) program helps patients start, stay and save on treatment and is a key contributor to the value and trust customers have in Novartis. Join Novartis as the Director, Content & Editorial Planning and be responsible for providing strategic direction and creative leadership for NPS content deliverables, ensuring creative is elevated across NPS offerings, resulting in content that highly resonates with the target HCP and DTC audiences, a critical component for NPS success. This role will oversee the development of compelling storytelling across various mediums and formats including owned properties, promotional channels, and formats such as video, messaging and data design. The Director will collaborate closely with the Editorial Planning Lead, Content Strategy leads and the Novartis Patient Support (NPS) User Experience team to elevate the quality of content, while driving key content projects and new initiatives. This position will be located in East Hanover, NJ and will not have the ability to be located remotely. Please note that this role would not provide relocation, and only local candidates will be considered. Novartis Compensation Summary: The salary for this position is expected to range between $185,500 and $344,500 per year. The final salary offered is determined based on factors like, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience, and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. Novartis may change the published salary range based on company and market factors. Your compensation will include a performance-based cash incentive and, depending on the level of the role, eligibility to be considered for annual equity awards.
