*About the Role* We're seeking compassionate and performance-driven *Patient Care Advocates* to join a remote healthcare call center team. In this role, you'll support patients by coordinating pharmacy services, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a smooth experience throughout their care journey.
*Key Responsibilities* * Make 8-10 outbound calls per hour to patients and physician offices regarding prescriptions and services. * Update patient records with insurance and pharmaceutical information. * Create and manage activity logs for follow-ups, documentation, and service coordination. * Collaborate with disease-focused teams to deliver exceptional service. * Connect patients with pharmacists for clinical support. * Handle special tasks like shipment notifications and adverse drug event reporting. * Escalate calls to specialized teams when needed. * Support cross-functional projects and provide bilingual assistance if applicable. *What You Bring* *Must-Haves:* * Customer service experience in healthcare, pharmacy, PBM, or call center environments. * Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite. * High-speed internet (100 Mbps+), hardwired connection required. * Comfortable wearing a headset throughout the shift. * High school diploma or equivalent. *Nice-to-Haves:* * Experience with order entry, data entry, or outbound calling. * Familiarity with healthcare systems or terminology. *Soft Skills:* * Active listening and adaptability. * Ability to multitask and shift gears quickly. * Receptive to feedback and continuous improvement. *Work Environment & Schedule* * *Remote with location restrictions*: Must reside within 40 minutes of Orlando, FL | Canton, MI | Frisco, TX | Pittsburgh, PA. * *Training*: 1 week of training (8am-5pm), followed by production work. * *Schedule*: Shifts vary between Monday-Sunday, 6am-10pm. * *Attendance Policy*: No time off during contract; only 2 absences allowed. *Why This Role Stands Out* * Be part of a mission-driven team improving patient outcomes. * Gain valuable healthcare experience in a fast-paced, supportive environment. * Opportunity for contract extension or conversion-*10-12 top performers will be converted!* * Equipment provided (for Orlando-based candidates). *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
