Key Responsibilities * Handle 15-25 inbound calls daily from brokers, settlement agents, and internal departments * Respond to portal messages, emails, and chat inquiries professionally and efficiently * Coordinate loan closings by scheduling, preparing documentation, and ensuring readiness across all parties * Perform back-office tasks including document preparation, title clearance, and appraisal eligibility reviews * Troubleshoot third-party orders (title, appraisal, hazard insurance, flood certification, credit reports) * Evaluate loan applications for product and regulatory compliance * Maintain accurate records of loan closing activities and ensure documentation is properly filed * Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the organization's culture and values Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in finance, real estate, or related fields preferred * Previous experience in loan processing, title, escrow, or mortgage is preferred but not required * Recent graduates with strong communication and organizational skills are encouraged to apply * If no degree, must have at least 1 year of relevant work experience * Ability to obtain certification in Fee Collaboration and Closing * Familiarity with Encompass software is a plus Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
