*Position Overview* We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive *P6 Scheduler* to join our project team. This role is critical in supporting the Project Manager by developing and maintaining project schedules that ensure timely delivery and efficient resource allocation. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, problem solver, and team collaborator with a deep understanding of construction timelines and project documentation.
*Key Responsibilities* * Develop and maintain project schedules using *Primavera P6*. * Coordinate with General Contractors, Subcontractors, and Field Management-especially during the first 6 months onsite. * Monitor workload distribution and track job installation progress. * Collaborate with Project Management and Superintendents to align schedules and resources. * Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or escalate issues as needed. * Provide timely data for weekly and monthly project reports. * Support process improvement initiatives and promote company culture across teams and partners. * Interpret blueprints, specifications, and other project documentation. * Learn and utilize company project management systems effectively. * Perform other duties as assigned. *Qualifications* * Proven experience with *Primavera P6* scheduling in a construction or field operations environment. * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. * Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Self-motivated, professional, and capable of leading process improvements. * Comfortable working onsite and transitioning to partial remote work. *Why Join Us?* * Be part of a collaborative and mission-driven team. * Work on impactful projects with direct field engagement. * Opportunity to grow and lead process improvements within a dynamic environment. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $52.00 - $63.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
