CNC Operator/Level III - 2nd Shift Company: Omega Plastics Inc Primary Location: 24401 Capital Blvd, Clinton Township, MI 48036 USA Workplace Type: On-site Employment Type: Hourly | Full-Time Function: Manufacturing Production / Distribution Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled Main Duties & Responsibilities Job Summary This role is for 2nd Shift - 3:30pm-12:00am The Job Responsibilities - Make - Perform - Perform - Load - Demonstrate - Support - Communicate - Ensure - Identify - Monitor - Perform - Assist - Self-disciplined - Support - Keep - Assist - Other Physical Demands/Work Environment - Work - Frequently walks, stands, grips/grasps, bends/stoops, crouches, and lifts and On-Site: This role is required to be on-site 5-6 days at the Clinton Township, MI location. Qualifications Qualifications Minimum of 5 years' experience in CNC Mills is preferred for this position However, we are willing to train the right individual in the following skillsets: - Ability to read and interpret blueprints - Proficiency in basic computer skills using Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook - Utilization of basic inspection equipment, such as micrometers, indicators, comparators, calipers, and depth and height gages - Ability to inspect work for accuracy - Work call robot experience / aptitude - Shrink fit tool holding - Training as needed in plastic injection mold operations, CNC 5 Axis Milling, Horizontal Milling, FANUC and Heidenhain Controls Compensation In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the expected pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hour + $0.50 shift premium. Compensation can vary depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, competencies, and geographic location. Some roles may qualify for extra incentives like equity, commissions, or other variable performance-related bonuses.
