We're looking for a Card Services Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering top-tier support. What You'll Do * Support Card Operations: Assist with all critical processing functions within Card Services, ensuring compliance with deadlines, regulations, and member service standards. * Dispute & Fraud Management: Investigate and resolve dispute and fraud claims using Visa Rules, Federal Regulation Z & E, and internal procedures. * System Navigation: Use platforms like PSCU, CO-OP, and Episys to perform card-related tasks and process monetary/non-monetary exception reports. * Member & Vendor Support: Respond to card-related inquiries from members, merchants, and vendors with professionalism and accuracy. * Adjustments & Settlements: Process card exceptions and settlement adjustments while maintaining General Ledger accounts. * Documentation & Compliance: Create and maintain written procedures and ensure adherence to company policies and applicable regulations. Qualifications * Knowledge in Microsoft Excel (moving data from one spreadsheet to another) and PDFs (signing documents) * High School Diploma required * At least 1 year of financial services experience (experience with debit, ATM, and credit card products including set-up requirements, maintenance, dispute processing, and VIA regulations preferred) * Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work well with internal and external members * Strong written and oral communication skills * Ability to work with a high degree of efficiency, accuracy, and self-accountability * Detail oriented and well organized * Ability to multi-task #westpriority25 Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
