Join our team as an Admissions Representative, where your communication skills and attention to detail will make a meaningful impact every day. What You'll Do: * Manage Inbound Communications: Professionally and promptly respond to incoming calls, emails, and faxed referrals to schedule appointments and guide patients through the intake process. * Coordinate Placement Requests: Place outbound calls to hospitals and other facilities to complete placement requests and respond to inquiries regarding treatment options. * Build Relationships: Partner with Field Operations to visit doctors' offices and hospitals, strengthening relationships with discharge planners, case managers, and DaVita teammates across the Village. * Deliver Service Excellence: Provide outstanding customer service while facilitating dialysis placements using internal tools and resources. * Maintain Quality Standards: Adhere to performance metrics and quality assurance standards to ensure consistent and reliable service. Who You'll Work With: * Hospitals and healthcare providers * Discharge planners and case managers * Internal teams across the organization Qualifications * 6 Months of healthcare experience working in an administrative capacity (Front desk, scheduler's, prior authorizations, insurance verification, etc.) * Data Entry speed of 25-40 keystrokes per minutes * Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access * Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook * Good tenure in recent positions #westpriority25 Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.75 - $20.75/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
