What you will do The primary role of the Customer Care Representative is to maintain and grow sales within a defined customer base and geographical territory. The representative will develop and execute a customer-focused strategy that will lead to greater retention of preventative maintenance contracts, higher revenue per customer and ensure greater customer satisfaction. Salary Range: HIRING SALARY RANGE: $57,000 - 76,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience,knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.) Thisrole also offers a competitive Sales Incentive Plan that will take into account project, quarterly, and annualmargin. This position includes a competitive benefits package.
